- Purchase Information: Managed by Google Play Store and Apple Game Center. We do not store payment details but collect purchase history for account management.

1. Copyright Infringement

Location data is collected for gameplay purposes (e.g., check-ins). Your exact location is never disclosed to other players. Geolocation data is only collected when you manually check in at businesses.
4. Gameplay Disclaimer
Greed City may terminate any account without compensation for purchased digital items. We are not liable for data loss, temporary unavailability, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of the App.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greed City, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability is limited to $100 or the minimum required by applicable law.
6. Content Accuracy
Greed City is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of user-submitted business names, locations, or gameplay data. This information is provided for gameplay purposes only and does not reflect real-world business conditions.
7. Policy Towards Children
